Equipment Overview
This machine utilizes advanced servo-controlled or pneumatic drive systems to automatically perform material conveyance, plastic film application, stretching and shaping, and precise sealing and cutting. Designed specifically for large, extra-long, or stacked products, it employs automatic bag-forming technology using roll film, perfectly replacing traditional manual bagging.
This machine is often integrated with automated conveyor lines and downstream heat shrink machines to form a highly efficient, fully automatic heat shrink packaging production line, providing products with effective protection against dust, moisture, and scratches.

Core Operating Principles
- Automatic Feeding: Materials are fed smoothly into the packaging station via the front conveyor belt.
- Photoelectric Positioning: Imported photoelectric sensors automatically detect the leading and trailing edges of the materials to precisely calculate the packaging length.
- Automatic Film Wrapping: As the materials move forward, they pull the upper and lower (or single-roll) plastic film, wrapping the materials inside the film.
- Constant-Temperature Sealing and Cutting: Driven by a pneumatic cylinder or servo motor, the sealing and cutting blade descends vertically to seal and cut the film horizontally, simultaneously sealing the bottom of the next product's bag.
- Finished Product Conveyance: Sealed products are automatically discharged and conveyed to the heat-shrink tunnel or palletizing station.
